Exercise for weight loss


I have wrote several posts about the strategies of the weight loss and the role of the exercise to retain the weight on the needed level.
There are many factors that influence on the ability of the human organism to gain an excess weight. The loss of the job, migration, marriage psychological stress and other factors can cause the swift increasing of the body weight.
I am recommending to change the exercise plan during such life situations. The main purpose of such changes is to increase the physical workload on the body parts with weight problems.
In the most cases butt, hips and thighs are these body parts.
My proposition is to increase the percentage of the squat exercises in your physical training plan.
Basic squats are excellent for the butt, hips, thighs and calves but they can get a little boring over time, especially if you need to add a little intensity. So, try new kinds of squats on a regular basis to challenge both your mind and your body.
And please don’t forget to consume anough vitamins and minerals.
