I would like to say that when we discuss the problems of the weight loss, we should pay attention to the psychological aspects of this problem.
It is the well known fact that people with the problems of the obesity have a lot of psychological problems which are the addition to the health problems. Beginning with the looking for the needed size of the clothes and ending up with the living under the constant joking and chaffing from the surrounding people, overweighed people are under the constant stress.
In order to avoid any feelings of embarrassment many people with the excessive weight prefer to be alone while eating. But sitting alone in a restaurant can be embarrassing if you are not used to it because everyone seems to expect that we are all part of a duo.
For my opinion having no partner, either temporarily or forever, simply means you are sitting alone at a table. And it is important to remember that it does not matter at all what the staff or other customers think about it.
For most people, eating alone at home is less dreaded than eating out alone, but many people do not make the most of the experience and either do not bother to cook, or just eat anything', or do not even sit at the table. More than that many people are looking different TV programs while eating alone at home.
Eating thereby leads to the consuming of the excessive amount of the food and to the excessive pounds of the weight.
That is why I think that the healthiest way of eating is to eat at the restaurants or at home but always in the company of friends and like-minded persons. It will support you a lot in the fight against the excessive pounds of your body weight.
